A year-old Great Falls man on Monday pleaded guilty to two charges stemming from a hidden-camera set up in a Missoula hotel in which he recorded women using sex toys. He pleaded guilty to the original two charges, surreptitious visual observation or recordation in a residence, on Monday after ing a plea deal with prosecutors the same day.
According to charging documents filed Jan. In September, the woman reported to the Missoula County Sheriff's Office that a video of her using the machine had surfaced on a pornographic website under the caption "My latest Sybian rider, 26 yrs old. Hidden camera," according to court records. The sheriff's office was able to trace the video to Yule, as well as another video he posted of a different woman using the machine.
Yule reportedly admitted to officers he set up the camera toward the bed before the women arrived. Yule was a loan processor at the Great Falls Opportunity Bank until Tuesday morning, after the company learned of the case through a Missoulian article.
